The Bertram Village township is a planned community that will be located in North Eleuthera, with
beautiful ocean views looking directly at The Glass Window Bridge. Our pilot phase is 27 acres, which
will include but not is not limited to:

As we move in to future phases of development, Bertram Village will expand to include:

With our design, it is our hope that Bertram Village will forever improve the entire Bahamian economy. Not only do we intend to provide thousands of high quality jobs and educational scholarships, we are working with local government to guarantee that the Sovereign Wealth Fund is a key part of our business model.
